Hvidstengruppen II - De Efterladte

De Efterladte follows Tulle Fiil and her sister Gerda Fiil during WW2, who are sentenced to the horrors of German prison. Øyunn plays a small role as Norwegian prisoner in the film.

“Tour de Chambre” at Det Kongelige Teater (The Royal Theatre, Copenhagen, DK)

Øyunn will play the roles as Linda/Sif as well as composing the music for the play by Tine Høeg. Director Sigrid Strøm Reibo. Premiering on September 18th at Det Kongelige Teater, Copenhagen. More info on cast and crew to follow :)

Duo performance created and performed by Gine Cornelia Pedersen (Unge Lovende) and Øyunn, “Det er i Eden en deilig elv av flytende mild perlemor”. With excerpts from William Blakes: Milton, a poem, re-created by Geir Uthaug.

The concert performance, premiered at Café Uro in Tønsberg in the fall of 2019, and featured Gine and Øyunn as actors and musicians, embarking on a musical-epic journey.

Composing, playing drums, synths, vocals and having the role as The Deceased Mother in the piece "Begjær under Almene" at the National Theatre in Oslo. Director: Victoria Meirik.

The composer and musician Siv Øyunn Kjenstad treats her diverse percussion, her piano and her breathing voice with a suggestive effect. It is her role to give this piece live emotions, and she does it with brilliance.

One hour dance and wordless theatre performance. Emolator is a result of an experiment where all emotions and personalities are allowed to their extremes, with percussion, voices and bodies as tools to express. Co-created with choreographer Kristin Ryg Helgebostad, lighting tech Norunn Standal, designer Matilda Karlström and third grade theatre students at Khio in Oslo. Øyunn wrote the music, in addition to performing in the piece.

 

Earlier work include projects such as “Den Blå Kofferten” (The Blue Suitcase) at Festspillene i Nord-Norge (actress and musician), Lina Lapelyté’s “Candyshop” (performer), Solo performance at Borealis Festival (performer), ESC intermission by Atle Halstensen (actress), 24-hours-made concept “Døgnfluer” (actress and musician on various projects), campaign video for Visit Norway, music video for self and BAYA.
